Is this good for you?|||You forgot to look at the ingredients list...note the preservatives and other unhealthy stuff! No, it is not good for you.|||Out of 150 calories, we've got 35 from fat, about 100 from protein, and rounding off, about 15 from carbs. That's not too bad - lots of protein if you're building muscle.
The big problem here, is the Sodium, in other words, salt! If you are bodybuilding, trying to get defined muscles, will encourage your body to retain water, causing a little bloating and a soft appearance. Overall, you should probably avoid too much salt.
If you have a bag once a week, you aren't killing yourself, or wrecking your diet. But could you do better with those 150 calories? You bet. If you are having a bag every day, or even 3-4 a week, you are probably getting too much salt.|||Is it "good" for you? Well, it isn't the absolute best choice but it's much better for you than typical junk food. If your other choices are chips, candy, etc then yes, choose the jerky. It has less fat and at least it's high in protein. It's very high in sodium tho, which will cause your body to retain water weight.|||ITS NOT THE BEST THING FOR YOU, INSTEAD, (WHEN U DO YOUR GROCERY SHOPPING AT THE GAS STATION), GET SOMETHING NATURAL AND HEALTHY WITH NO ADDED THINGS IF U CAN, GET SOME WATER AND (I DONT REALLY KNO WHATS ALL THERE)U WONT DIE FROM BEEF JERKEY!!! ITS JUST BETTER IF U GO GROCERY SHOPPING AT A REAL GROCERY STORE. IF U GOT A HOUSE WHERE U CAN SHOWER AND CLEAN UP, ALMOST ANYONE WILL GIVE A CLEAN PERSON A RIDE! EXSPEACIALLY TO THE GROCERY STORE, OR GET A JOB!
