Can i clip parroletts wings if they are gonna breed and be held too?

just came home with 2 one year old parroletts. got them in brooklyn. i was gonna trim their wings so we can handle them and they wont fly around. but my question is can they still do the breeding thing with their wings clipped. and also the girls beek was very long and when i picked her up she nipped on my finger. not too hard but tip of her beak fell off. is that some kind of vitamin deficientcy or why would that happen|||First if your birds have never had their wings clipped Do Not do it now.If you are intending to breed from them then you must Never clip their wings.

As breeding birds need their wings in the act of mateing, as long as it was only the tip of it's bek that came off your bird will be ok

But it needs Cuttle bone and green veg to maintain it's health along with a good diet,

Green veg such as Broccoli,Kale, Celery, are all good for your bird to maintain good health.

But Do Not clip their wings for any reason or you could have more problems than you could imagine.|||when birds mate it does not mater if there wings are clipped or not and for the beak problem you should get them cuddle bones to keep there beaks in good shape|||you really need to ask a vet these questions so you get the correct answers.|||no you should not because they might want to fly
