Citing the name van Beek?

In my bibliography, I am citing an article by the authors Anne van Hoof and Yolanda van Beek.





Would I cite it like this:


Beek, Yolanda van, %26amp; Hoof, Anne van.....





or like this:


van Beek, Yolanda, %26amp; van Hoof, Anne...
