Why do mourning doves make the "Bee Bee Bee Bee Beek" sound real fast as they fly from place to place?

It is their wings that make the sound. The air passing past the feathers as they flap the wings. I do not know why their wings make the whistle and other birds' wings do not.|||I've always wondered that too!
